FAF Auto Finance held a corporate culture release and practitioners conference in Hefei on September 7, 2019.

Therefore, the company's management reviewed the situation, thoughtfully, and with the strong support of shareholders and external resources of both parties, after extensive and thorough investigations, comprehensive and in-depth discussions, and careful preparations, the core concepts of Reford's corporate culture were refined. These core concepts include aspects such as the company's mission, vision, core values ​​and code of conduct.

At the meeting, Mr. Huo Jin, the company's director and general manager, first introduced the necessity of corporate culture construction and the progress of the company's corporate culture construction in detail, and focused on the contents and interpretation of the core concepts of Ruiford's corporate culture. After the general manager's report, the company's management team came to power, jointly launched the corporate culture construction button and solemnly issued relevant commitments. Subsequently, Xia Dengsong, the manager of corporate culture and talent development, released a plan of activities related to the construction of corporate culture for all employees. After the above agenda, Mr. Xiangxing Chu, the chairman of the company, made an important speech.
