When applying for loans in Fortune, the automobile needs to be registered as mortgage, and the original certificate of automobile registered as the mortgage shall be kept by Fortune.

After the loan is validated, we will send a text message to the mobile phone number recorded. Meanwhile you may also stay in contact with your distributor to keep updated.
The due date of payment each month is the same date when the loan is granted. For example, if the loan is issued on January 1, the first due date of payment will be February 1, and the following due dates of payment will be the first day of each month. If a month does not have the same date as the loan granting date, the due date of payment is the last day of the month.
You should deposit a sufficient amount of money in the payment account and pay attention to the payment result without withdrawing such amount randomly.
The payment cannot be postponed. If you fail to make payment as scheduled, a record of overdue payment and an interest penalty will be generated. Please deposit a sufficient amount into the payment account before the due date.
An overdue payment will affect your personal credit rating and an interest penalty will be charged according to the contract.
The deduction will be automatically postponed to the next working day if the due date is a non-working day, so please make sure your account has sufficient balance.
We will send a text message to you 3 days before the due date to inform you of the date and the amount, and also another text message of successful deduction after the payment. Since we cannot guarantee every text message is successfully received, we suggest you remember the due date of payment and pay attention to the balance change of your payment account.
The successful sending/receipt of text messages are not guaranteed. In order to prevent your payment from being delayed because of not receiving the text message, we suggest you remember the due date of payment, deposit a sufficient amount of money and pay attention to the payment result.
The repayment of equality principal and interest means the borrower repays the principal and the interest in an equal amount each month, in which the principal increases monthly and the interest decreases monthly.
You can request a payment schedule from your loan originator, or view the payment schedule on our only official Wechat account “Fortune Auto Finance”.
Sorry, we do not support partial prepayment for now.
The full prepayment is allowed. However, according to the Mortgage Contract for Auto Loan, a penalty equivalent to 5% of the outstanding principal at the time of the announced termination of the Contract will be charged for full prepayment;
To apply for the full prepayment, the borrower needs to dial our customer service hotline 400-166-8800 at least 2 working days before the due date of payment, or visit our only official Wechat account “Fortune Auto Finance” (8:30-11:30 on working days) to make a self-help application. Please ensure there is sufficient balance in your account during the application.
To change the payment account, the borrower needs to dial our customer service hotline 400-166-8800 or visit our only official Wechat account “Fortune Auto Finance” - Business Handling - Information Change.
If your mobile phone number recorded is changed, please timely dial our customer service hotline 400-166-8800 to update your mobile phone number, or visit our only official Wechat account “Fortune Auto Finance” to change the number by yourself, so that the loan information can be sent to you.
As for a compensation below 5000 Yuan, the insured can directly claim the compensation from the insurance company; as for a compensation between 5000 Yuan to 20000 Yuan, the insured can print the certificate at the site of the agent by presenting the Bill of Loss Assessment and the Commercial Insurance Coverage (except for the customers with overdue payment); as for a compensation above 20000 Yuan, the insured may send the scanned copies of the Bill of Loss Assessment, the invoice of car repair, and the Traffic Accident Report (including the bill of injury assessment and the invoice of medical treatment in the case of personal injury) to the mailbox of the company firstname.lastname@example.org. If the original of the Letter of Authority for Claims is required, please specify the request in the email and provide the mailing address, name of the recipient and the phone number.
During the valid term of the Contract, the borrower must maintain or renew the continuous insurance approved by the loaner for the vehicle purchased, including the Vehicle Damage Insurance, the Theft Protection Insurance, and the Third-party Liability Insurance, without any interruption or reduction.
